Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the difference between Lucidia Original and Olive Leaf?
Both formulas share four core ingredients: Quercetin, Reishi, Bromelain, and Stinging Nettle. The difference is the fifth ingredient. Original uses NAC (a glutathione precursor focused on liver detox and cellular defense). Olive Leaf replaces NAC with Olive Leaf Extract, which adds antiviral and antimicrobial support through oleuropein. Same foundation, different emphasis.
When should I choose Olive Leaf over Original?
Olive Leaf is a good choice if you want the additional antiviral and antimicrobial properties of oleuropein, or if you’re looking for cardiovascular and blood sugar support alongside immune modulation. Some customers also rotate between the two formulas month to month to get the benefits of both NAC and Olive Leaf over time.
Can I take both Olive Leaf and Original together?
Yes. Some customers use both formulas — either alternating months or taking one in the morning and the other in the evening. Since they share four of five ingredients, rotation (rather than stacking) is the most common approach. Consult your healthcare provider if you have questions about combining supplements.
Does Olive Leaf contain NAC?
No. Olive Leaf replaces NAC with Olive Leaf Extract (standardized for oleuropein). If NAC is important to your protocol — for glutathione production, liver support, or respiratory health — choose Lucidia Original instead, or rotate between the two.
How long until I notice a difference?
Individual responses vary. Some customers notice shifts in energy or clarity within the first 1–2 weeks. The ingredients in Lucidia Olive Leaf are designed for cumulative, long-term support — most people report the most noticeable changes after 6–8 weeks of consistent daily use.
