What is Lucidia?
Lucidia is a practitioner-formulated daily wellness capsule with five ingredients: quercetin (from Sophora Japonica), NAC, reishi mushroom, bromelain, and stinging nettle. It was co-formulated in 2009 by Nathalie Babazadeh, L.Ac. and Kacey Moe, MS Holistic Nutrition, and has been used in clinical practice for over 17 years.
What is Lucidia for?
Lucidia is formulated to support the body through seasonal, pet and mold challenges, the kind that show up as a reactive, congested system. It is not intended for emergency situations, food allergies, eczema, or asthma.
How do I take Lucidia?
Start with 1 capsule daily to make sure you have no sensitivities. The everyday dose is 2 capsules daily, best on an empty stomach and with vitamin C. For intensive support periods, take 2 capsules 2–3 times a day. Children 6–12: 1–2 capsules, 1–3 times a day; under 5: ½ capsule, 1–2 times a day. Over time, most people find they need less. If you have severe immune reactions, consult your healthcare provider.
What if Lucidia doesn't work for me?
Lucidia is a clean up remedy. Most of us need some sort of clean up in diet, lifestyle, emotions, family, or simply too much on our plates, and Lucidia helps clear some of that load. Some people need something other than clean up first: hormonal balance (cycle, adrenal, thyroid, cortisol), protein levels, blood sugar, gut health, or emotional healing.
Are your oils safe for sensitive skin?
Our oils are made with natural therapeutic ingredients. We recommend doing a small patch test on your inner wrist before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin. Cinnamon Protector Oil is not for use under 12 years old and should not be applied to open skin.
Are your products vegan?
Lucidia capsules are vegetarian (vegetable cellulose capsule). Our oils are 100% plant-based.
Where are your products made?
All products are formulated and handcrafted in California.
Do you test on animals?
No. We do not test on animals and never have.

Do you offer subscribe-and-save?
Yes. Lucidia is available on a subscription basis with 10% off every order. You can choose your delivery frequency at checkout.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription through your account page. If you need help, email customerservice@artemiscares.com and we'll take care of it.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Free standard shipping on every US order. Express shipping is $15.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Transit time depends on your location, but standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. Express shipping is $15.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on single-bottle purchases. Bundle orders (3-Pack, 6-Pack) are non-refundable. If you're not satisfied with a single-bottle order, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.
How do I request a return or refund?

Do I need to return the product?
For supplement products (Lucidia), we do not require the product to be returned. For oils, we may ask you to return the unused portion depending on the situation.
