Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
$5.99 flat rate on all orders. Free shipping on orders over $75.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Transit time depends on your location, but standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Not at this time. We're a small team and prioritize getting orders out quickly at a fair shipping rate.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.
How do I request a return or refund?

Do I need to return the product?
For supplement products (Lucidia), we do not require the product to be returned. For oils, we may ask you to return the unused portion depending on the situation.

What is Lucidia?
Lucidia is a practitioner-formulated daily wellness capsule with five ingredients: quercetin (from Sophora Japonica), NAC, reishi mushroom, bromelain, and stinging nettle. It was co-formulated in 2009 by Nathalie Babazadeh, L.Ac. and Kacey Moe, MS Holistic Nutrition, and has been used in clinical practice for over 14 years.
How do I take Lucidia?
The standard dose is 2 capsules daily. Maximum 4 capsules in 24 hours unless directed by a healthcare provider. Can be taken with or without food.
Are your oils safe for sensitive skin?
Our oils are made with natural therapeutic ingredients. We recommend doing a small patch test on your inner wrist before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin. Cinnamon Protector Oil is not for use under 12 years old and should not be applied to open skin.
Are your products vegan?
Lucidia capsules are vegetarian (vegetable cellulose capsule). Our oils are 100% plant-based.
Where are your products made?
All products are formulated and handcrafted in California.
Do you test on animals?
No. We do not test on animals and never have.
Subscriptions
Do you offer subscribe-and-save?
Yes. Lucidia is available on a subscription basis with 15% off every order. You can choose your delivery frequency at checkout.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription through your account page. If you need help, email customerservice@artemiscares.com and we'll take care of it.
