Shipping
We ship all orders from San Diego, California.
Rates:

- Free shipping on orders over $75
Processing time: Most orders ship within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Transit time: Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships.
International shipping: We currently ship within the United States only.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be genuinely happy with what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll fix it.

Supplement returns (Lucidia single bottles): No need to ship anything back. We'll process your refund after confirming your order details.
Bundle purchases (3-Pack, 6-Pack): Bundle orders are non-refundable. New to Lucidia? Start with a single bottle — 30-day guarantee included.
Oil returns: We may ask you to return the unused portion. We'll provide a prepaid shipping label if needed.
Damaged or incorrect orders: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us with a photo and we'll send a replacement right away.
