Subscription & Cancellation Policy

How Subscriptions Work

When you subscribe, you'll receive your order automatically at your chosen frequency. Your payment method is charged before each shipment.

What You Can Do

From your account dashboard, you can:

  • Skip your next delivery
  • Pause your subscription (resume anytime)
  • Change your delivery frequency
  • Update your shipping address
  • Update your payment method
  • Cancel your subscription

To manage your subscription, visit your account and sign in with your email. You'll receive a one-time code — no password needed.

Before Each Order

We'll send you an email before your next subscription order is processed, so you always know when your next shipment is coming and can make changes if needed.

Payment Issues

If your payment method fails, we'll retry up to 3 times over 9 days and notify you by email. Your subscription will be paused (not cancelled) so you can update your payment details and resume without losing your subscription.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. There are no cancellation fees, no minimum commitment, and no hoops to jump through. If you cancel after an order has been placed, that order will still be fulfilled.
